Federal Judge’s Ruling Proves Beyond All Doubt Obama Was Worst President In US History

Even the IRS is apologizing to conservatives for their corrupt actions.

After conservative groups had been the subject of illegal and unwarranted scrutiny by the federal agency for political purposes, the IRS admits that its treatment was wrong.

A judge approved this week in a settlement between the IRS and hundreds of tea party groups that the federal agency pay out $3.5 million.

Now, Barack Obama has just received a huge slap in the face as karma makes a come-back.

The things that the left has been accusing President Trump of are nothing compared to the criminal actions and unthinkable decisions Obama made by not politicizing the IRS.

He used the IRS to hunt down political enemies and it barely got any coverage in the US media.

What were their intentions?

Were they trying to cover it all up?

Well, Obama got exactly what he deserved as the federal judge is now demanding the IRS pay aggravated tea party groups millions in return.

“It shows that when a government agency desires to target citizens based on their viewpoints, a price will be paid,” said Edward Greim, a lawyer who led the class-action case in federal court in Cincinnati, according to the Washington Times.

The tea party groups received a “sincere apology” from the IRS, and the government agreed to a declaratory judgment that “it is wrong” to scrutinize a tax return because of a taxpayer’s name or political philosophy, the report said.

“I’m not frankly aware of any other class-action lawsuit against the IRS for anything where the IRS paid money,” Mark Meckler, who as president of Citizens for Self Governance funded the class-action challenge, previously told the Times when the settlement was submitted for final approval a few weeks ago.
